Press Release - Hadia Baruti Wimbi was only six years old when she left her parents' home, eventually leading to her spending much of her childhood without any schooling. "An elderly member of my family came to see my parents, asking if she could take me away. She promised my parents that she would enrol me at school. When she became my guardian, she enrolled her own children, but not me," Wimbi explained.
